Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, Liona does not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@liona.co.za within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
All damaged or incorrect items must be returned for verification before a replacement is sent.
If you’ve changed your mind, unopened items in their original condition may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, with courier costs for your account.
