Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via trusted South African courier partners. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your parcel.

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, contact hello@liona.co.za within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a prompt exchange.
